Single Hooks
The single hooks are designed for a work load limit of 2’000 kg (LH.20) and 5’000 kg (LH.50).
Both single hooks are the first cargo hooks with certification according to 2006/42/EG and with a type examination. This means, this cargo hooks can be used without restrictions within the EU and in countries, which accept EU regulations.
The single hooks LH.20 and LH.50 defines the new safety standard for helicopter external load transportation.
Both hooks are available with either an electric or radio-controlled release mechanism.

Double Hooks
The double hooks are designed for a work load limit of 2’000 kg (DK.20) and 3’000 kg (DK.30).
The double hooks are certified according to 2006/42/EG. This means, the double hooks can be used without restrictions within the EU and in countries, which accept EU regulations. Double hooks DK.20 and DK.30 are mainly for logging operations.
Both double hooks are available with either an electric or radio-controlled release mechanism.

Swivels with Manual Hook
Swivels with a manual hook are designed for a work load limit of 2’000 kg.
Swivels with different manual hooks are available.
The swivels with manual hooks are certified according to 2006/42/EG. This means, the swivel with a manual hook can be used without restrictions within the EU and countries, which accept EU regulations.

Swivels
The swivels are designed for a work load limit of 2’000 kg (DG.20) and 5’000 kg (DG.45). The swivels are certified according to 2006/42/EG. This means, the swivel can be used without restrictions in the EU and countries, which accept EU regulations.
Swivels are available with and without electrical slip rings.
The swivel are compatible with the single and the double hooks.

Personal Carrying Device System PCDS
The PCDS is designed for a work load limit of 500 kg.
The PCDS is fitted with an integrated swivel.
The PCDS can be supplied with lighting as an option.
At present, the PCDS is only authorized as PCDS-Simplex. Approval for PCDS-Complex is scheduled for 2027.
The length of the short and long lines is in accordance with the customers requirement. The PCDS are certified according to 2006/42/EG and with a type examination.

Cones
The cones are designed to connect the lines to the swivel DG.20 or DG.45.
The cones are certified according to 2006/42/EG. They are fitted with contact pins for the electrical connection between the line and the swivel.
The cone is fitted with a quick-connect fastener, which allows the line to be detached from the swivel quickly and easily.

Lines
Electric and non-electric lines are available in various work load limits and lengths. All our lines have a Dyneema core and are available with a protective sheath. For logging we provide lines with a special reinforced protecive sheath.

Connections
Various types of connections with work load limits of 2’000 kg and 5’000 kg are available.
All connections are certified according to 2006/42/EG.
The connections are compatible with the cones from Heli Hook AG and can be used to join several longlines or connect the line to the Bamby Bucket.
Electrical and non-electrical connections are available.
